Lebanon Classical Events was created by Jawad Hamadani, a Lebanese pianist, who wanted one simple thing: easier access to culture in Lebanon, and classical music in particular.

Concerts, recitals, and masterclasses across the country are organized by many different institutions — some free, some ticketed — and scattered across social media pages, word of mouth, and separate websites. The result is that the same small circle keeps showing up, while classical music gets treated as something for the wealthy, or something that only happens in Europe. Many people don't even know Lebanon has a thriving classical music scene. This site exists to fix that: to put the information in one place, for anyone who goes looking for it.

This isn't run for profit. It exists because classical music deserves to be accessible to anyone who wants it, not just those already inside the scene.
